The manufacturing process and main uses of fiberglass fire prevention

Fiberglass fire-resistant fabric is woven using a shuttleless loom to ensure a smooth
surface without missing threads. There are mainly three types of weaving patterns:
twill, satin, and plain. It is completed through processes such as coloring, baking,
and shaping.
1、 Coloring: High quality dyes ensure uniform color and no fading.
2、 Baking: Advanced temperature control balance ensures that the decorative fabric
is not wet or sticky.
3、 Setting: Setting is the final process, which involves adding flame retardants
before setting.
Fiberglass fireproof cloth is used for decoration of fireproof rolling shutters,
cable fireproof, and can also be used as a fireproof isolation cloth for construction
operations. Fireproof cloth is suitable for welding and other situations with sparks
that are prone to fire. It can resist sparks, slag, welding splashes, etc., isolate
the workplace, separate work layers, and eliminate the potential fire hazards during
welding work; It can also be used as a light barrier and establish a safe and clean
working space.
Fireproof cloth is an ideal protective tool for key units of public security fire
safety. When carrying out hot work construction in large shopping malls,
supermarkets, hotels and other public entertainment places, such as welding, cutting, etc; The use of fire-resistant cloth can directly reduce spark splashing, isolate
and block flammable and explosive hazardous materials, and ensure the integrity of
human life and property.
